The best trips start with getting to know you. Not just where you want to go, but how you like to spend your time, what you’re interested in, and the details that can make the difference between a good trip and a great one.
From our first conversation through your return home, I bring structure to the planning process, simplify the decisions, and manage the details along the way. And the more we work together, the better I understand your preferences, making each trip even more personal than the last.
Here's What's Included:
After completing my inquiry form, we’ll schedule a 30-minute consultation to talk through your trip, priorities, travel style, and budget. Just as importantly, it’s a chance to make sure we’re a good fit before moving forward.
Initial Consultation

If we both feel it’s a good fit, I’ll follow up with a recap of what we discussed, along with your Client Services Agreement and trip design fee. Once those are complete, your trip is officially on my planning calendar.
Next Steps & Service Agreement

This is where the research and planning begin. I tap into my network of hotels and trusted local partners to develop the direction for your trip, including destinations, hotels, routing, and experiences based on what we discussed.
TRIP Design

Once we have the direction right, we refine the details and begin securing the pieces of your trip. You’ll be kept informed along the way without having to manage all of the moving pieces yourself.
RefinE & RESERVE

Before you leave, I complete a final review of your itinerary and reconfirm the important details. You’ll receive everything you need in one easy-to-access itinerary, along with destination information and practical guidance for your trip.
Final Review & Departure

Once you depart, your itinerary has everything you need while you’re away, including reservation details and important local contacts. Depending on your trip, you may also have a dedicated in-destination partner available to assist along the way. Once you’re home, we’ll reconnect to hear what you loved, what exceeded expectations, and how we can refine things for next time.
